Shuttle Schedule

This is a shuttle only venue.

Please make sure you’re on time for the shuttle pick up times below.

The shuttles will stage at the locations below roughly ten minutes prior to departure.

Departing From The Oakridge Inn - 3:00 pm

Departing From The Hummingbird Inn - 3:00 pm

(Casa Ojai guests to walk to The Hummingbird Inn)

Departing From Hotel El Roblar - 3:10 pm

Departing From The Rancho Inn - 3:10 pm

Departing From The Ojai Valley Inn - 3:10 pm

Departing From Nordhoff High School - 3:10pm

(Guests staying at VRBO’s, Ojai Retreat, Self-driving or other hotels not listed above please take the Nordhoff High School Shuttle)

Return shuttles will begin at 9pm and will continue throughout the night on the half hour.

Arriving in Ojai

We recommend flying into SBA, BUR, or LAX and renting a car or arranging a car service to Ojai.
Please note that Ubers/Lyfts are basically impossible to get in Ojai, so plan accordingly.
The drive to Ojai is about 1 hour from SBA, 1 hr and 30 mins from BUR and 2 hrs from LAX.
Please consider traffic when booking your arrangements.

Accommodations

We have currently secured two room blocks at cozy Ojai Inn’s - The Rancho and The Hummingbird. Links to the room blocks for both hotels are below. The room blocks are based on first come, first served.

If you prefer a higher level of accommodation we recommend booking at Ojai Valley Inn or El Roblar.
