Please be mindful that hotels in Ojai are in high demand. We strongly suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible.

Arriving in Ojai

We recommend flying into SBA, BUR, or LAX and renting a car or arranging a car service to Ojai.
Please note that Ubers/Lyfts are basically impossible to get in Ojai, so plan accordingly.
The drive to Ojai is about 1 hour from SBA, 1 hr and 30 mins from BUR and 2 hrs from LAX.
Please consider traffic when booking your arrangements.

Accommodations

We have currently secured two room blocks at cozy Ojai Inn’s - The Rancho and The Hummingbird.

See links below. The block will be based on first come, first served.

If you prefer a higher level of accommodation we recommend booking at Ojai Valley Inn or El Roblar.

Shuttle Schedule

Thacher House is a shuttle only venue. Please make sure you’re on time for the shuttle pick up times below.

Departing From The Hummingbird Inn - 3:10 pm

Departing From The Rancho Inn - 3:10 pm

Departing From The Ojai Valley Inn - 3:10 pm

Departing From Nordhoff High School - 3:10pm

Return shuttles will begin at 9pm from Thacher House and will continue throughout the night on the half hour.
